The IPO Boom Could Be Wall Street’s Next Gold Rush
America´s biggest banks are already worth hundreds of billions. Now, a new wave of mega-IPOs could bring another windfall.
JPMorganChase leads banking giants with an $885B market capitalization, followed by Bank of America ($380B), Morgan Stanley ($298B) and Goldman Sachs ($261B).
SpaceX’s record-breaking IPO reportedly generated around $500M in fees for Wall Street, highlighting the enormous economics behind bringing the world’s largest private companies to market.
And the pipeline is far from empty.
With Anthropic and OpenAI among the most anticipated potential public listings, investment banks could be looking at another round of lucrative underwriting mandates.
For Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and their rivals, the next generation of tech giants represents more than a new investment opportunity: it could become one of Wall Street’s biggest fee-generating cycles in years.
